After a traumatic journey it was great to arrive at the hotel, the welcome was superb and nothing was too much from the staff. This experience continued through our entire stay, the rooms were clean and met beyond my expectations.

It's always a pleasure staying here - in the centre yet do quiet and calm. Great staff and great breakfast

An amazing hotel experience from the very first moment we arrived. Treated warmly by the staff and shown to our room, the facilities were well kept and the staff were all extremely helpful. From bringing our car around to suggestions of food to try and places to go. We were so well looked after! And who could say no to such a stunning hotel, everything was perfect, we didn't want to come home!

Really zero complaints. Room is comfortable, bar is great. Cabs regularly stop out front. Splurge for the breakfast included. Otherwise it's 29euro

The hotel is very nicely located with quiet neighbourhood, comfortable rooms and very friendly hotel staff.. Rooms are typical European and the breakfast served in the Hotel is good. The only challenge is there are no lifts. But it is not a major concern as the room is at max 2nd floor.

Great location to the river and Dom. Don't know what else to say

Very convenient for travelers with good train connection. Lovely walk over the Iron Bridge to the main Hub , the cathedral and all the buzz of the shopping centre & bars & restaurants

The staff in Cologne are excellent and make the visit. The hotel is well situated for tourists and very close to the Cathedral and the river walks. Major works happening in the hotel, which do not really impact the visit too much. The restraunt was vey quiet and the menus were very confusing. Some referred to specialities by month, but not the month we were there, others focuses on certain days, but again, not the days we happened to be visiting. We just wanted to know what we coul have on the day we were there, not what we could have had on the last Monday in Septemberr etc. Overall a good stay, with great staff.
