Hatte dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, vor allem war es sehr ruhig im Zimmer. Kurze Wege zum Rhein, nah am Dom gelegen. Bahnhof und Parkhaus keine 300m entfernt, so auch das Musical.

Das Hotel war super. Ich würde aber nie wieder über Expedia buchen. Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht nach unserem Flug an und mussten erst telefonisch im Call Center auf Englisch die Buchungsbestätigung anfordern. Wir hätten sonst das Zimmer nicht bekommen lt. Hotel und es war bereits von uns vorab per PayPal bzahlt worden. Wir mussten eine halbe Stunde mit 2 Kindern warten bis wir endlich ins Zimmer konnten. Zusätzlich hat der Preis nicht gestimmt und wir mussten vor Ort etwas drauf bezahlen. Rückerstattung gab es keine, obwohl ich korrekt gebucht hatte. In der Hotline wurde gelacht und unser Problem nicht ernst genommen. Premier Inn Köln gerne wieder, Expedia nein danke.

Tolles 3 Sterne Hotel

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Boutique Hotel. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Super Lage, saubere Zimmer und ein toller Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal hat und sehr nett aufgenommen. Das 3 Bett Zimmer war riesig. Komme immer wieder gerne!

Nous avons eu un petit couac avec la première chambre, mais tout de suite la personne de la réception, charmante soit dit en passant, nous a relogé dans une chambre avec le confort similaire. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait et la personne en charge très accueillante. Hôtel extrêmement bien placé. Petit bémol, malgré les fenêtres anti-bruit, c'était bruyant. Si vous voulez du calme demandez un chambre ne donnant pas sur la grande route. Autrement à recommander

Kurzurlaub

Positiv zu erwähnen war der nette Herr an der Rezeption mit leichten Akzent. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. TOP! Die Zimmer sahen für uns anders aus, als auf der Webseite. Die Möbel waren wirklich sehr alt und abgenutzt und nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Der Teppich hatte Flecken, ebenso sie Wände.. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch nicht die Beste und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind wirklich eine Katastrophe. Alles in einem waren wir eher enttäuscht und bei unserem nächsten Kurzurlaub werden wir mit Sicherheit ein anderes Hotel buchen.

Fantastisch hotel in boutique style

Fantastisch hotel met ruime en zeer propere kamer. Comfortabele bedden en zeer aangename douche. Goede ligging ook op 3 minuten stappen van het station. Vriendelijk personeel ook. We krijgen zelfs een upgrade van kamer bij aankomst.

Great location!! Don’t forget to ask for the fans!

Loved the location really close to the main action in Köln. They were clearly starting to open after Covid closure. People at reception were excellent but I saw about 4-5 different staff memebers and looks like they do not talk to each other. Some issues with the room like no air conditioning and with the warm weather it is just unbearable. Also the fridge inside the room was not working and could never be repaired after 2 nights (they forgot). Finally, while we were leaving, I mentioned the hot rooms and a staff member mentioned fans!!! No one offered the fans!
