Hotel is a beautiful old hotel amd is close to the old town and other areas. Breakfast is wonderful. We stayed in deluxe room and it was quite large and spacious. Would stay again here.

Fantastic hotel. Very comfortable room in a convenient location. Just 12 mins walk to central train station, 7 mins to the Kleinmarkthalle and old town. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The gym was outstanding for a European hotel. Very nice staff. The only complaint was a very noisy radiator, but I think I got unlucky with that. Would definitely stay again if in Frankfurt.

A beautiful old style hotel with great amenities. Overall the staff were excellent. Great location and lots of things to do. Our mid-range room was lovely, though we were disappointed not to receive an upgrade at check in - reception was not helpful with confirming if one was available just that the hotel was “busy.” Did not appreciate that as a guest and shouldn’t be on me to push for them to check if they’re “busy.”
