Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!

This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...
