Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG

Holiday Inn Gloucester-Cheltenham by IHG

8/10 Good
"Surprised by the quality of the room and had a comfortable night's sleep. Air con was working well, TV was good, bathroom with a bath was bright and modern. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. Staff did a good job of welcoming us. Be warned, it does say on the listing, rooms on the 1st floor do not have lift access, so if you struggle with stairs worth making a deliberate accessibility request. We made this booking at the last minute, room was ready and in grand condition, with beds and sofabed made up fresh in no time at all."

"Had a lovely overnight stay. Got a really good deal and the room was really lovely. Everything you need and really nicely kitted out. We were in the new looking rooms at the back of the hotel. Really pretty little outside seating areas for each room with gorgeous planting and tables and chairs. Perfect for a glass of wine from the bar in the evening and a coffee in the morning given the lovely weather.. We would have tried the restaurant if we were staying longer. Would def come back and stay again. A really lovely surprise for the money."
