"Lovely boutique hotel just a 10 minute walk from the city center. Rooms are big and the bathroom was large and gorgeous. Be sure to enjoy the large soaking tub! Service was wonderful. "Very nice high spec hotel. Rooms have everything you could need. Hotel has a drying room which is handy on a wet day. Great view of the bay. Staff very nice and helpful. Negatives: very limited food menu, nothing for vegans. Seems very overpriced compared to similar hotels in the highlands. "

"Lots of good, more recent replenishments, like the bathroom, the dining area, and the great swimming pool, hot tub, saunas. Nice well-tended gardens. Great service. But a lot of windows painted immovably shut. And the food was a big let-down. We arrived on Sunday for Sunday dinner at 8, couldn't eat our mains. Breakfasts had the feel of having sat a long time after cooking, bacon burnt to a crisp on 2 out of 4 breakfasts."
