"I stayed at this hotel this past weekend from Thursday night to Sunday morning. My friend and her children joined me on the Friday night. I am very happy with this hotel. The building is grand, and beautiful. The location is perfect off the banks of the river and a very short distance into the centre of town. The facilities were excellent. I used the spa and also had massage. The staff were all very professional and responded promptly to all requests. I also loved the restaurant, which served delicious food. The only problem I had with my stay was my room was above the gym where they played very loud music at times. "

"Excellent value, polite staff, clean, location. Small details, very minor dark marks in shower, needs bleaching. Bathroom floor clean but just short of spotless. In places, decor looks a little tired."

"Our stay at the Hotel Uig was absolutely wonderful and our only complaint was that we weren’t staying longer. We received excellent communication leading up to our arrival and found the hotel easily with the instructions provided. We were greeted warmly by name at check-in and found the service throughout our stay to be exceptional. The room was beautiful and well-appointed. The sheets in particular were some of the most comfortable we had slept in. The real show stopper here was the food. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel during our stay and were blown away with the quality of the food. It’s clear that the Uig Hotel truly understands hospitality; from the incredible food to the impeccable service to the spotless room - our stay was just perfect. We cannot wait to return. "
