What a lovely welcome, we arrived early but we’re allowed to leave the car while we walked down to town. The whole place was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, great choice of both hot and cold. We would highly recommend

The hotel is situated 10 min drive from Inverness airport.
The driveway and grounds leading to the hotel are quite magnificent and the staff are so friendly that after just one day it felt like we were staying with family.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Tom and Donna were incredible hosts! The place was so clean and the rooms had beautiful accents. The bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet, yet in walking distance from everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Inverness.

I’ve never stayed in such a perfect place before. The property and the room were absolutely splendid. even more beautiful than in the photos. The scenery around the place is stunning, with lochs and mountains all around.
The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was beautifully decorated with great style. Everything was spotlessly clean.
The breakfast was excellent. I especially loved the continental breakfast, which was fresh and well prepared.

The hotel is an old mansion full of character and charm. The staff was excellent and the food was as well. We had a very enjoyable stay and recommend this place without hesitation.

Great location near restaurants along the river Ness and very comfortable apartment with everything needed for self-catering. Cool, even in the heatwave! There really is no parking nearby though it is all residents only. You can unload your car though quickly or leave it in the nearby Tesco carpark for 2 hours. Inverness multi-story is only a 10 minute walk away though which is where we left our car. You can pay hourly or for 24 hours it is £7 for the first 24 hours and £5 for subsequent 24...

I would highly recommend you stay here. We stayed here for two nights, we booked two rooms. The rooms are amazing and very clean with all the mod cons in your drawers, hairdryer, clock radio etc. The complementary biscuits are very tasty. The breakfast has an amazing choice and the vegetarian option is great. . We all felt safe and there is more then enough hand gel about the place. The town centre is only a very short stroll away.

Start your journey at the picturesque banks of the River Ness, where you can enjoy serene walks along the waterfront, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and historic architecture. A visit to the nearby Clava Cairns, a prehistoric burial site, allows you to step back in time and marvel at the ancient stone structures that date back thousands of years. For those interested in culture, the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery showcases the region’s heritage, featuring both local artwork and intriguing historical artifacts. Additionally, the scenic beauty of Loch Ness provides opportunities for scenic boat tours, letting you soak in the breathtaking landscapes while keeping an eye out for the legendary creature that resides within. Finally, don’t miss the chance to explore the charming Victorian Market, where you can find unique local crafts and delicacies.
