We received a very warm welcome and found the owner very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The lounge area was light and airy and the views were perfect.

Very pleasant place. Really nice to be able to sit in the bar/lounge and have a drink and snacks. Especially on a rainy evening.

It was pretty and comfortable. No lift but they will help you get your suitcase upstairs.

This guesthouse was a clean and quiet option that is just a short walk from downtown. Breakfast on site is cheap and delicious but there are also many restautants nearby.

The location was perfect and within a few blocks of shopping of downtown Inverness.

The hosts William and Angela were so friendly and made you feel welcome. The room was large and very comfortable, The Breakfast was excellent. Would go again if we are in the area. Your site Expedia gives out the wrong information as to check in, it says you can check in at 6 am which is a bit strange ...
