Staff & service

Property conditions & facilities

1/5 Terrible

Travelled with family
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Denied room because of young child
Denied accommodation because our 3 year old daughter was with us. Booked and paid in advance and had full confirmation for a family room (two double beds). Also emailed property in advance with a COVID protocol survey that noted our young daughter was staying with us. The hotel denied us the room upon arrival, stating that guests must be over age 10. They said it was clearly stated on their site rules (it isn’t on here) and despite being informed that we had been on the road all day and just wanted to get our daughter to sleep, they were happy to put us out. If it wasn’t bad enough, the hotel clerk was just rude about the whole thing.

The lady on the desk was really friendly she explained about breakfast and the new COVID-19 changes. From every window in the hotel you saw the mountains and the water. It’s really breath taking. The hotel its self is so grand and the rooms are huge and again you look out the window and the view is amazing. Breakfast was lovely couldn’t fault anything about our stay
