"Great location, reasonable price and comfortable room."

"This is a cute small boutique hotel ;located conveniently 1.5 blocks from the British Museum and other quaint shops. The Italian restaurant is conveniently across from the museum.. Very nice area - safe"

"Great location!"

"Easy check in. Got upgraded to a family room with two beds and a kitchen unit with an oven, microwave and fridge which was nice. Fairly standard, for £80 in Hammersmith it wasn't bad."

"We requested twin beds, bath and shower, all were met, plus when we got there we asked if we could get an early check-in, and again we were accommodated! I was very impressed with "the extra mile" they were willing to go for us. If i have one complaint/suggestion, a couple of times we returned to our room to find no one had attended the room, no clean towels, waste basket overflowing etc. But apart from that, very satisfied, great breakfast great location. ill give it a 5 star."

"Excellent location, clean well maintained property, close to various attractions and amenities, parking available but need to know the specifics, staff could be better informed to advise customers."
