"As anyone who does any research will discover, the London area is a very expensive place to stay. This site is very well located and a great value. The hosts are two of the nicest people you will ever want to meet. It is conveniently located a brief walk from an Underground station and a Sainsbury's grocery store across from the Underground station. The annex is cozy and beautifully kept up and quite attractive. The back yard is beautiful, too. I would heartily recommend this place to anyone. "

"My stay in Paddington was nice. The location was ideal, most of the things you needed were very close by. Food, shops, various means of transportation, etc. Only issues I had were, verification of the postal code to find the correct location. The second, there was a horrible smell in the bathroom downstairs, not sure of the source and we were not able to locate it. After letting the place air out for a while, it wasn't as bad. "Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...
