When we first arrived the apartment completely smelled of cigarette smoke, we tried to clean and open windows, but that did not get rid of the smell. We contacted the property manager, their solution was to apologize for the smell, and told us to open a window, which was clearly not a good or acceptable solution. "This is a nice flat in a quiet residential area, 12 minutes from the nearest tube station. Some shops and Clissold Park are only 5 minutes away. It has a nice bathroom, but the bath is very slippery and there is no handrail."

"Stayed here for five nights and loved it! Our room was spacious, clean, had a microwave, washer/dryer and basically everything you might need for your stay. The only thing I did not like about the property was the bathroom… I wish they had shower curtains instead of just a glass partition that doesn’t really prevent the water from getting out of the bath tub when you shower. Also, a step stool to get in the tub would be nice since the tub is quite high."
