"Stayed for 1 night in August. Lack of receptionist on arrival let it down. People arrived an hour before us and were still waiting for someone to arrive and book them in.
Cleaning staff came down and got us sorted. They could not do enough for us and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Comfortable en suite rooms and plenty of parking. The hotel is fairly basic and only offer a continental breakfast in a bag. It would probably benefit by at least offering a cooked...

"We had an amazing time. The hotel is in the perfect location close to the Town and everything is in a short walking distance of a few minutes. The rooms are nice clean and comfortable. We stayed in a contemporary room which had air conditioning and this was a huge bonus considering we traveled during a heat wave. The small courtyard was perfect for sitting out and having a drink in the warm summer evenings "
"Had a really enjoyable overnight stay with my elderly father.
The room was excellent spotlessly clean the beds were comfy.
The best part of our stay was the breakfast- so much variety, and choice.
All the staff from check in to the breakfast were so friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend, and look forward to staying again!"
"I wish we had stayed at this hotel for more nights while visiting the Cotswolds and Stratford instead of booking another hotel in between Bath and here. Our room was recently redone, very clean and comfortable. Parking was across the street, literally just feet from the hotel. "
"Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!"
