"Mixed Experience – Great Location but Hygiene Needs Improve The hotel is very well located, which made getting around quite convenient. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which we appreciated. However, the overall hygiene standards, particularly in the toilet, were below expectations. Additionally, the carpets in the reception area and corridors were quite old and had an unpleasant smell, which affected the overall experience. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel could be a much better place to stay "

"So really, what choices do you have? you want to be near your terminal in position to leave. The signage is poor within the hotel and it takes awhile to understand that your room, which has a number beginning with 2, is on the first floor. Food options within the hotel are predictably stratospheric in price, but you know that going in. Noice coming from neighbor plumbing a constant. Overcome by AC noise. It's what it is, an overpriced room where you need it."

"Very convenient to Heathrow. Google maps recommendation was to bus from terminal two and transfer but we found it more convenient to take the train to terminal five and then it was a short bus ride. Bus stop to and from the airport is right in front of the hotel, which is perfect Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn’t working and it was 30°C in our rooms. The check-in staff should have told us rather than us having to go back down to reception, find fans, and then change rooms late at night. If they had rooms with working AC, why weren’t we given those to start? Once we changed rooms everything was fine again. Assuming they worked out the temperature problems I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. The location in Windsor is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. The other times I’ve stayed there, I was in the newer annex building. Those rooms are modern and quiet. This time I stayed in the older main building. The view was lovely, but the room had some quirky things about it. Firstly, the floor boards creaked a lot. When my neighbours walked around, I could hear their floor boards too. They seemed to be awake a lot during the night, waking me up. I could also hear them talking. The room didn’t have a small refrigerator, which I missed. I tried sleeping with the windows open but the noise from outside was disruptive. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and functional but a small stand would have been a good addition to put toiletries on. The breakfast is excellent. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I will stay there again, but not in the main building."

"We had a great stay, the kids loved the pool, the staff were amazing Especially lucie at reception and Julie from The restaurant. These staff are an asset to the hotel Can’t wait to stay again"

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."

"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious rooms, good WiFi - only one issue being my room was above/close to the gym on site, meaning you could hear the thumping bass from the workout classes when trying to work in the room. That aside, nice hotel, very convenient location with a big supermarket and petrol station across the street."

"It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar."
