"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us.
