South East England Kid friendly Holidays

My reservation was cancelled on the arrival date, they never replied my messages. We had to sleep in the street. They said will be refunded but is registered as we stayed and no refund has need issued yet. Terrible

Expensive for what is provided

Very poor breakfast. Forgot some clotning in the room and they could not recover it even i wrote to them they day after i left.

The RIU London The Westminster is in a very good location for touring London. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a good assortment of fruits, pastries, eggs, cold cuts, and coffee. The housekeeping staff was generally good, but I didn’t quite understand why they didn’t remove the empty beer bottles the following day or replaced the used coffee mugs with fresh ones the following. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did stand out compared to the otherwise strong service. Perhaps I needed to set the items out side the door. Extremely happy with ability to refill water bottles at a water dispenser located in the hallway. This is an excellent idea. All staff interactions were excellent!

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, close to everything

Classic antique decorative structure. The staff are very polite and friendly. Breakfast is great. Very comfortable to stay for 3 nights.

Lovely hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy rooms, friendly staff, secure location. Pretty accessible and affordable for a short stay. Would recommend for travelers on a budget who need a smaller comfortable place to stay! Very convenient location near Paddington station, you can get anywhere in town.
