"I use this hotel frequently because if its convenient location, very pleasant staff and comfortable rooms. On this occasion, I had a room near the lift and there was repeated noise from loud conversations and doors banging until 1.30 am, which is not ideal for an early start. Not the hotel's fault, however."

"The property is currently undergoing a massive renovation. I got upgraded & the renovated rooms are clean, cozy & beautiful. Amenities were nice & luxurious. But there was only ONE tiny lift, so a lot of waiting around & no microwave for guest use. I did not try the breakfast. The location is amazing: very convenient, safe & walkable, close to the tube, buses, trains, lots of eating options nearby. Huge shout out to Marius at the the front desk, who was beyond professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Would go back!"

"This felt more like a proper hotel than a hostel. The location was great, close to the ferry (which is free when you stay there) as well as bus transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was only there for one night so didn’t take advantage of breakfast or bar but it’s something I will consider in future. My room was a nice size with a tub which I love and a view of the water. It’s a great spot if you’re traveling solo very cost effective. Will come back in future"
