"Woodlands was welcoming on arrival. Room was comfortable and clean with usual kettle, coffee, tea. Good size tv. Breakfast was really good. Great choice of cold and hot food (cooked perfect). Nothing is too much trouble. Close to shops etc. Would definitely stay again in this great location."

"We were very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boutique Hotel. We were warmly greeted with a glass of Prosecco. Our suite was so much better than we had expected. In addition to the bedroom there was a room with a table for meals, a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a Sauna. "Having arrived after a long day on the road, we were welcomed by both the owners and offered a delicious slice of cake which was amazing! The Room was immaculate, clean and tidy with plenty of space. The Guest House is in the perfect location that its quiet and within easy walking distance to the Town Centre which has plenty of restaurants on offer. The Breakfast was delicious and was delivered straight to your room. The Owners are both very kind, attentive & they are excellent hosts."

"We loved our 2 night stay at Rum Doodle! Our room was beautifully decorated, bed and pillows very comfy and we particularly appreciated the small touches (Flannels, robes, wine on arrival, breakfast service on the room).. Service was impeccable, breakfast beautiful, location quiet and near enough to the Lakes. Our best room yet in Windermere, we'll definitely come back! "
