"Couldn't fault it in anyway, very well laid out with everything you would need, really comfortable & cosy. We were staying in Daisy Cottage, Daisy the Cow was the theme throughout which made our stay even more delightful. Thank you Phil & Linda Woods for a wonderful holiday."

"A unique and beautiful boathouse. Stunning scenery to enjoy from the veranda. Property delivered to an exceptional standard. Fabulous location for the lake, local walks, villages, pubs, and restaurants. We booked for a special occasion, and certainly were not disappointed. Thank you ❤️"

"A lovely old spacious property with a stunning modern kitchen with plenty of utensils to cater for everyone. Enough space for everyone to relax at nights. The house was lovely and warm to return to after our chilly November walks. Plenty of bathrooms.A great home for our family celebration."

"Great accommodation in a lovely little village with fantastic views. Everything you could need to make this a home from home and only a 20 minute walk into Keswick."

"Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog. Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. "

"Excellent location and lovely property internally. Could do with a BBQ and some of the outdoor area is a little tired. Brilliant stay though and the decor and feel of the property is very homely"

"Great location and a really nice apartment, laid out well "

"Great location. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and park. Great decor and very functional space. It worked well with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We enjoyed our time here. One note is the crosswalk signal is loud if windows are open."

"Another wonderful week in Deer Close. The property is ideal for walks around Derwent water and further afield. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"Lydias cottage is a beautiful place to stay Great location and the courtyard at the back by the river makes it all so special Will definitely return ."

"Great location "

"Really nice characterful cottage in a great location for hiking from the door with parking for two cars. Easy access to Braithwaite and the facilities and walks from there , and also to Keswick town centre. Would benefit from a more extensive ‘welcome pack’ and other basics you often get in cottages these days ( fresh milk , kitchen roll , oils and condiments etc ) but overall would definitely recommend the cottage ."

"The booking process was excellent, the house itself is in a fabulous central location. There is everything available to make your holiday as comfortable as possible. We would highly recommend and will definitely return."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Gretaside. The location is excellent. The apartment is small (as expected) but very comfortable. Parking was straightforward. Would definitely stay here for a few days again."
