"Excellent modern hotel, well located in Shoreditch. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The room looked clean and the bed was comfortable. Got the sense there was a lack of attention maintaining the rooms and equipment. The shower head was covered in limescale and leaking out of one side, the adjustable shower head was also broken and kept falling down. We requested an ironing board which arrived very quickly however was falling apart and unsteady, very dangerous with a hot iron, nowhere to plug in kettle other than on the floor again a bit unsafe. Nice property but definitely not worth 180 a night. Small details need attention."

"The hotel was clean however the lack of space and facilities was difficult. No iron in the room had to go through reception to an ironing room and also no drinks facilities at all in the room. Think they're trying to be like moxy but missed the little things"

"I booked an accessible room. I have no idea how the room i stayed in could ever have been considered accessible. The room was way too small for easy manoeuvring of a wheelchair and there was a step up to the tiny bathroom. There were no grab rails or other accessible assistants in the room. Also, there were loafs of ants in my room. Before i checked in, i got a message saying my card payment had failed and my booking would be cancelled. That was very stressful and a bit of an overreaction. On the plus side, staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very reasonably priced and in a decent location."

"Very comfortable room. The bed and pillows were excellent. The amenities in the bathroom and room were perfect. Nice welcome chocolate on arrival. The breakfast was good (but nothing crazy). Staff could be kinder and try to at least smile (both reception and breakfast stuff were not very welcoming)."

"I’ve stayed here before and it was fine, so maybe I was unlucky with the assigned room but it was incredibly difficult to sleep. The room backed on to the train line, there was a loud external to the room fan that could not be switched off, the bed was very uncomfortable and pillows very old and dirty, albeit the bedding was clean."
