Our trip to this hotel was brilliant. The staff are fantastic, the food selection is brilliant and very tasty, the rooms are excellent, overall a fantastic 10 / 10 stay and highly recommended. Thank you!

Todo fue increíble ! 100% recomendable!

Attention to detail. Total major refurbishment Fantastic staff across all levelled Luxury experience

Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

Lovely small boutique hotel with roof terrace.

I have 2 daughters 15 & 12 and we stayed at the hotel this Easter. From the moment our booking was made until the moment we left we were made to feel welcome and were looked after excellently. The staff were friendly and attentive from the reception desk staff, to the bar staff and the chamber maids - always smiling. Particular thanks goes to Annika on reception and Antonio in the restaurant. Our room was large and airy with a balcony overlooking the garden and the sea - the shower was hot and...

The hotel is huge and takes a bit of getting used to to get around it but the staff cannot do enough to help, whether in the restaurant or house keeping. It is situated across the road from the beach, and the promenade walk to nearby Maspalomas is lovely. Breakfast offers a great selection of food, all tastes catered for. Also, the restaurants along the beach all offer excellent fish specials. Its a great spot for a quiet relaxing holiday as its not a big resort, not as developed as some of...

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

Excellent hotel, return stay after a brilliant holiday last year. Hotel has all that you need, staff , entertainment, food and amenities brilliant.

It should be mentioned, however, that when arriving at this hotel travellers with suitcases request their transport/taxis to go to the rear entrance/fire exit to avoid the 59 steps that take you to the front entrance / reception. The steps are quite manageable once you have no suitcases to lug up with you.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Although this complex is not close to the beach , transport to the beach was provided for those not keen to stroll for 15 minutes , but the pool and sunbeds were very nice indeed , with a superb bar constantly available . the local area itself is ok, but a little walk away is a buzzing centre with nice shops , bars , and restaurants , but the hotel complex itself is very attractive . Very recently done up , everything was in good condition and very nicely kept . rooms very good , we had three...

Staff very efficient and looking after all guests needs. Hotel rooms spotless daily cleaning service. Second stay in hotel within 6 months hope to return later in year.

Superb hotel in the best location on the island. Lovely rooms, sea views, great food and drinks all delivered by a great team. This is the second time I have stayed here and I will be back.

It is always difficult to decide if you have made the right choice of hotel based on the online information available. Therefore,we decided on a short trial run for 4 days to see how things worked out and were not disappointed. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport and we were taken care of right from arrival. Check-in was friendly and hassle free. Hotel services and room functions were demonstrated and explained personally. We had booked a standard room. It was comfortable and more...

Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large. Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building
