I like it's quite,it's clean it's with good amenities,it's with great location near the beach and shopping centres and restaurants and bars,it have spa and gym,the staff are very friendly and welcoming.only thing I didn't had so good experience is that don't have air conditioning(but apparently on the whole island that's an issue). Overall great place and experience,will visit again.

This accommodation is an absolute gem in terms of location. Close to the beach and to great nighlife. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the suites are exceptionally good, very clean, sunny balcony. The roof terrace is amazing and with a gym and spar on site too, theres not much else yoj could ask for.

The Apartments are im a nice location great views. The rooftop has great views. Only thing is were there 5 nights and roof terrace bin not emptied all week or sunbeds rinsed daily or floor swept. Ive been many times to playa del ingles and defo my favourite very modern our Apartment sofa was not comfy needs replacing and the walls needed a paint refresh but on the whole brilliant stay.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at El Palmar. The location is excellent - very walkable to the beach, restaurants, and also close enough to Yumbo without being noisy. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is calm and well cared for. The apartment itself was well equipped. We didn’t use the cooker, but everything looked clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, although it was made up of two single mattresses pushed together, which isn’t ideal for a couple. The only real downside was the shower - the water pressure was quite poor. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The spa jacuzzi was excellent and a real highlight, especially with the included one-hour free access. We also noticed people using the gym; it looked basic but perfectly adequate. Overall, a very good stay with great staff and location. We would happily return - just wish the shower pressure was better and the bed was a proper double.

Nice hotel / apartments very close to the beach, but in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Spacious room, fantastic view (we ordered see view), single beds only, no aircon, kitchen with all amenities. Both English and Continental style breakfast, remember to order breakfast when booking the room (cheapest). Walking distance to everything in Playa del Ingles. Outdoor pool area but no bar. Indoor Spa (1 hour free use per day included for residents). We did not test the SPA, but it looked nice.

Our key card didn’t work most of the time and it was a nuisance. The lady at the reception desk at 12pm on 14/12/24 was very rude. She had a very poor attitude to her job and had no interest in her customers at all. She needs training. The girl who was there at 4pm when we ordered our taxi to the airport was pleasant and had a smile on her face which makes such a difference. Apartment was lovely and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly and also helpful

Not 4 stars....Max 2!!

We had 10 nice days in El Palmar. But; The cleaning was really bad...dirty floor, dirty sofa, dirty glasses/dishes, dirty remains from previous guests (underwear on the floor)...in general just bad cleaning! The kitchen really just basic. The table and chairs on the balcony was not very comfy.....could need an upgrade! No pool bar. Poor breakfast, not worth a penny! Phone in the room was disconnected. NO aircondition at all!! This is NOT a 4 star hotel, as they claim! It's at a maximum 2 stars! Friendly staff!!

Good location except many stairs down to beach which was ok for me but maybe not for others. Then back up stairs or take taxi. Nice to have kitchenette and couch. Swimming pool and top floor sun deck was very nice. Friendly staff. I would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is good, my main issues with the property was not having access to the wi-fi in my room, and every time I went to ask for help, they said they will try to fix next day, but never happen also they said the wi-fi should work fine at the balcony or by the pool. However, I paid to have wi-fi inside my room.

Enkla rena lägenheter men med det det fanns man behöver i ett kök. Ingen ugn dock. Disksvamp och diskmedel finns men ta med en egen disktrasa och diskborste. Wat hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad bij El Palmar. De pluspunten: geweldig gelegen vlakbij de boulevard (trappen om bij het strand te komen). Ruim appartement, aparte slaapkamer op de tweede verdieping. Lift aanwezig. Prima keuken, alles voor eenvoudige maaltijd is aanwezig. Goede douchestraal. Een balkon met veel zon. Goede schoonmaak.  1x per week bedlinnen, 2 x badlinnen wissel. Aardige receptie. Boeken, parasols en surfboards te leen. Wasmachine in de kelder. Fijne (badkleding) sauna/Spa voor max 6 personen (11.00-19.00). Goed uitgeruste fitness (24/7)Voldoende ligstoelen bij het zwembad. Geen handdoekje-leggers. Hele complex schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt (08.30-10.00)op terras (zonder rokers) of binnen. Dankjewel vriendelijke koks. Fijn dakterras met uitzicht. Supermarkt op 409 meter. Yumbo 13 min lopen. We komen volgend jaar zeker terug. Wil je ligbedden bij je kamer kies dan voor een terras kamer.

Hôtel très bien situé Personnel très professionnel et à l’écoute En ce qui concerne le logement je suis relativement déçu. Aucune Clim à disposition mais un tout petit ventilateur qui émet de l’air chaud. Les nuits étaient horrible et nous avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre du balcon puis la porte de notre chambre pour obtenir du vent. Pommeau de douche défectueux + pas d’eau froide dans la douche, lavabo et cuisine.
