Only disapointment on this visit was checking in , there was only one person on reception and it was about 15.10 pm when I had to wait about 25 minutes to check in because there was a group of tourists checking in together. At that time of day there should have been more than one person on reception !"

"Nice hotel. Great seating outside on the lake and in conservatory- would be better if more seating in conservatory. Pub/bar area itself is very dark and dingy. Seats outside the bar area were nice but not enough - some of the drinks were dear -£16 for a large wine! Food in brasserie was nice and staff nice too. Parking free at the hotel and very close to the lake boats snd train. Lovely place near the lake and would stay there again if in area."
