Had everything - TV, fridge (with milk!), ice, utensils, VERY COMFY DOUBLE bed, en-suite bathroom. Only drawback was there’s no terrestrial TV! Very very good place to stay though!"

"At the arrival there was a condom wrapper on the steps. We opened the front door and the smell hit us. Flat looked uncleaned; bathroom had stains on the floor and walls. Cobwebs in every room, stains on the walls. Problem with drain in the shower and the smell was terrible. Sofa needs adjusting as the arm rest loose. Carpet dirty, fan in the bedroom didn’t work. Fridge smelt and had brown stains on the glass shelves. Not what I expected nor paid for."

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

The hot water wasn't turned on, which we discovered the next morning, The washer dryer was broken, the TV screen had been smashed, the bathroom handle was dismantled, the external door lock jammed and we had to force our way out and it took two days to fix, the pots and pans were old and very limited for normal cooking. "We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. "This hotel is great, and a perfect place for travelers arriving to London late or departing early. As airport hotels go, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. My only wish is that they improve the quality of the food in the restaurant. It’s not terrible, but if you stay there you’re captive to the dining choices, and I have to believe they can be much better. The bar is great, however."
