We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...

It is always difficult to decide if you have made the right choice of hotel based on the online information available. Therefore,we decided on a short trial run for 4 days to see how things worked out and were not disappointed. The hotel arranged a transfer from the airport and we were taken care of right from arrival. Check-in was friendly and hassle free. Hotel services and room functions were demonstrated and explained personally.

When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. Our check in was relaxed, with a glass of wine by the courteous staff, followed by a tour of the facilities and then to the room. Our week was relaxed, revitalising and exactly what we needed. There is the wellness suite/ gym which is inclusive, as well as the amazing Siam spa (well worth it!) the hotel has its...

Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large.
Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building

I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a smile. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety was impressive, and everything was delicious, making it the perfect start to each day.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools.
The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.
