I was exhausted and wanted to check in early, but the room wasn't ready. The receptionist who spoke perfect english offered for me to leave my bags until check in which received much of my burden. The room was perfect - the view the balcony the quiet and I requested a coffee maker and it was brought right away. The staff were exceptionally kind and took extra care when I was in need. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very Nice place right on the beach. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly, and helpful. Breakfast is good a great way to start the day. Get a room with a view so you're on the waterfront. Much better view and no noise from the businesses on the sides which go into the early morning.

Another great stay

Love this hotel, have stayed here a few times. The location and views cannot be beaten. The complementary drink in exchange for not using housekeeping is a great ‘green’ initiative, and greatly appreciated. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Nice stay

The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. The room we had was perfect we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The only thing missing was tea and coffee making facilities.

NH Hotels are usually very friendly and practical. I will be back to Imperial. Thank you to the staff. But at the breakfast, the staff is very noisy. They clean and take things very loudly. When the pile the plates and glasses and they talk loudly. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was in a great location, very clean, very good staff, nice big room, but… I probably made a mistake in booking an interior room. There was a very small window to an outside courtyard so very very little natural light and just not enough lighting in the room. I mentioned it to 2 different staff and they both smiled and said oh yes, we’ll do something about it but I doubt they will.
