The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel that we were staying in a 5* hotel. We were greeted with cava upon arrival and the staff accommodated our needs.

Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

I have 2 daughters 15 & 12 and we stayed at the hotel this Easter. From the moment our booking was made until the moment we left we were made to feel welcome and were looked after excellently. The staff were friendly and attentive from the reception desk staff, to the bar staff and the chamber maids - always smiling. Would be good to have tea and coffee in the room and for the cafe to stay open longer. A pity they swapped us from an exterior room to an interior one with less character. Bed could be firmer but super large. Fabulous breakfast, perfect location and beautifully furnished room+ building
