Good hotel with really big double rooms - ideal for families. Great spa pool and friendly, helpful staff. Within ten mins walk of city centre. Kids loved the welcome cookies and buffet breakfast was best we've had in a UK hotel. We will be back!
I had just finished a 10 day backpacking tour upon arriving to the Best Western Glasgow I was exhausted and it was everything I needed! The lady at the front desk was so nice, she helped me find where the bus was to take to the airport and gave me near by food suggestions. My room was very clean ...
Room small, heating not working, in need of a refurb. New manager and breakfast staff very friendly. Receptionists not too friendly- very inflexible re booking into room. Food good but pricey.
Great hotel kept clean and tidy by staff. Room didn't have air con and it was a little noisy with the window open. Friendly staff were always ready to help and advise.
Couple on holiday for 2 nights. Everything was well done. Restaurant & bar very professional. Its situation is excellent - everything in central Glasgow easily reached on foot.
