"Beware - hidden charges! I specifically booked this airport hotel because they have a spa pool, steam room and sauna. But when I checked in, the front desk said there’s a charge to use it. I was flabbergasted! I have stayed at over 30 hotels in N. America, Europe, and the UK with pool facilities and use was always complimentary for registered guests. The charge at this place was definitely hidden! The front desk would not even say how much it is, they said contact the spa to inquire about...

"The guest house was lovely, with nice comfy beds and enough room for three people. It was nice to have the fridge microwave in the room and close parking in the courtyard and very safe with gates across. "

"Stayed at Walton Lodge as a stop-off to visit Hampton Court Palace. Fabulous location - we were blessed with the hottest day of the year so far (April’26) which allowed us to sit out and appreciate the river views in the evening. Rooms were clean ours was a bit hot but a fan was included. Chatted to a fellow resident and agree that the place needs some TLC however would stay again if visiting this part of London Town."
