A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Booked this as a 4-day retreat for the family as wanted a self-catered location to cater for my 3yr old and 5m baby. On arriving there was a customised hamper snacks for us and the kids plus all the essentials (milk, bread, butter etc) which included fresh eggs from the farm. Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

Second visit and happy to report that it is a very nice and well run hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed, staff friendly and helpful. Car parking plentiful and free and can park close to room. Breakfast excellent. Highly recommended.

Great hotel lovely food and great location for Thorpe park only 5 minutes away .

Staying for Ascot - We arrived at this hotel on Monday lunch time and it was 32 degrees! Staff were waiting outside to give every one ice cold water and take our bags inside. Check in was smooth, we had room 126, with air conditioning and was very classy, the whole hotel had the WOW factor. This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). This is a very comfortable place to stay, within easy reach of Hounslow Central tube for easy access to London. The people here were so friendly and kind, and went the extra mile to help me out with parking.

The Belgrave Hotel never lets us down. We have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it is always a great experience. The staff are all lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are spotlessly clean with everything you need for a break away and breakfast is spot on. I always highly recommend this hotel to family and friends

The reception, breakfast and cleaning staff all did a good job. The aircon in the hotel was very effective which was great when it was so hot outside. Plenty of parking, very convenient for access to attractions in the area, close to the river. Very enjoyable visit.

Fantastic Hotel, friendly staff, clean comfy room, great food and beautiful building and grounds

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great service and super clean

Great location to stay at which is no more than a 10 minute walk to the train station and then 20 mins to Waterloo. Hotel clean and tidy with polite staff throughout our stay.
