"Great communication with Nicole...appreciated all the "how to's" information she provided re the flat and the neighborhood. It was a comfy retreat at the end of busy days. Easy walk to tube for the Bakerloo line and, as we discovered, easy way into London on the Lioness line as well. We liked the convenience of the M&S grocery on the way home from the tube as well as several local restaurants. "
