"An amazing location just a 2 minute walk to Paddington Station. Very friendly staff. We arrived early. They locked up our luggage. Which gave us time to do some early exploration of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a very small bar with a very comfortable sitting area. We would definitely consider another stay if traveling to London. My wife had been to London before. It was my first time there. Your hotel made my first trip there very nice. Thank you!"

"Everything was fine and the hotel is convenient for an early flight from Heathrow. In the morning I requested the front desk person to call me a taxi. The driver was a nice man in a very clean mercedes but the car did not have a “taxi” bar on the top and I was a bit concerned. When it came time to pay his credit card device was not working and I had to use my cash."
