A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely lovely hotel, and lovely staff. Great facilities and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Clean modern and comfortable room. Cleaning staff presented high level of maintence insuring neatness and cleaness. Loved the selection of teas and even biscuits great to have after a long journey. This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. The interiors are fantastic and staff were exceptional. Mini bar prices were questionable. £100 for half a bottle of red wine? And food and drink prices in the restaurant were very over priced in relation to what we ate. This is NOT the Chateau Marmont yet the Momad thinks it can demand the same prices. We enjoyed our stay at the Haymarket Hotel so much last year that we returned again this year. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The decor is stunning. The hotel has a lovely light colourful ambience about it giving it a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shows and dining out. But our favourite thing was going for a pre breakfast jog along the Mall, now that was really special.

From the minute we stepped through the main entrance to the moment we reluctantly checked out our experience was one of sheer joy. The staff were so welcoming and professional . The hotel superbly appointed. The service impeccable. Firmdale know their business and give the client a memorable and thoroughly supreme experience.
