Beautiful property and perfect location. Plenty of parking available inside a gated courtyard. Owners greet you, show you to your apartment and provide you with all the needed codes. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and had everything you could need, including toiletries, tea, coffee and cooking equipment. The owners were friendly and even provided recommendations for local shops and cafés. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Amazing service and a beautiful Upgrade!

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Friendly staff and just right for an overnight business stop

Me and my family had a fantastic stay ,the family room we had was very comfortable and a decent size compared to other hotels, lovely big bathroom with separate bath and shower which was a bonus ,we had a massive double bed ,one single bed and a double sofa bed for a family of 4 and it was more then enough. Full English Breakfast was lovely ,with an option of an omelette or continental if you want it. Only criticism is the breakfast room needed a little atomosphere ,maybe a little light music....

I wasn't sure about booking this hotel, as I'd never heard of it. However it was amazing. It is small but that actually adds to the experience. We usually prefer larger hotels but this was truly 5*. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel.
