"Originally, our stay didn't start well, the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, a big clump of hair in the shower! After speaking to a woman on reception ( 3 times) we finally spoke to the manager of the hotel, who was polite, helpful & gorgeous! He kindly upgraded us to a 1 bed suite, it was a perfect experience after the initial hiccup. Will definitely stay here again when visiting london. Beautiful room, close to the Savoy theatre, i cannot praise the helpful manager enough. We enjoyed a swim on our departure day, great little pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 5 stars!"

"We have stayed here before and this is an amazing property. Very well located. While the tube stations are 10-15 min walk, busses are plentiful and very convenient. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. "
