Rooms are perfectly fine although could do with a little updating. Grounds and surrounding area very pretty and quiet. My wife used the spa and would stay again just for that,

The bathroom in room needs upgrade and general areas in hotel need serious upgrade (apart from reception) e.g carpets on corridors and stairs in bad state. But overall would stay again for money I paid. Buffet dinner in restaurant was better than expected and good choice for breakfast too"

"Great location in Leamington, but the property needs some serious updating. It has next to no amenities at all. And I don’t mean anything fancy - I’m talking simple basics. Our bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, or a ring to hang on, or even a space to put my toothbrush. A simple shelf would help. We had one towel each that was to last us 3 nights. The bedroom had no space - I had to literally crawl over my wife or the bottom edge of the bed to get out. Not even a bedside lamp. The night stand...
