"Only comments are how hot our room was and breakfast waiting staff appear to have little serving training. There was a small fan in the room but could do with something more cooling or larger fan. Great facilities and although we didn't eat lunch/dinner, the food looked amazing. Waiting staff lent over us eating to clear plates of our party on a couple, of occasions, also took the fruit as I was picking & barged past us at the servery a few times. However, this experience wont put us off going there again and we will definitely stay there again"

"Naz at reception was very accommodating and caring, she really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Mackenzie and Euan also helped me greatly at reception and the night receptionist who's from Liverpool was also super friendly. It is a very homely relaxed hotel that serves a generous breakfast."

"1 night stay as a family of 4. (2 adults, 3.5 year old and 15 month old) At first I was a little reluctant to book, after seeing some bad reviews, but I'm glad I looked past them. The room was lovely! The perfect set up for what we wanted. We came away for my husbands 30th birthday and the location was a good mid point stay between where we were going over 2 days. The hotel even set up a low camp bed for our youngest, which saved us lugging her travel cot into the room. It was quite warm in the room and only a small desk fan available. We were on the 2nd floor and had to sleep with the windows all fully open and even then the children were unsettled. Luckily there is a park just around the corner, so we went for an early norning walk there. Breakfast was lovely! Staff were all friendly and chatty. We also sat in the garden for a drink in the evening, it was really nice and cool down there. The room was clean and well presented. Tea coffee and biscuits in the room. There was even a little fridge, perfect to store our daughters milk! We will definitely return if we head that way again. Thank you for a lovely stay!! "

"The hotel was ok as it was a very hot weekend i found the rooms very uncomfortable as for air-conditioning you had a fan in the bedroom to keep you cool only problem was you had to leave it on all night. Would i stay there again yes as long as the weather is not too hot "

"Functional and convenient. The Southern Irish lady on reception when I checked in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She made the stay a pleasant one as for me staff are what make a hotel and she nailed it. "

"All staff friendly and quick service for evening meal . Order from table tablet was great! Breakfast had wide range of choice from cold and hot buffet. Would stay again. Only issue I have is the £12 parking but I was aware of that before I booked. Pool was great and no time restriction for kids. Nice little steam room too. Would happily stay again. "
