"It’s was a little nosy during the night as the walls maybe a little thin and you can hear everything from the next room. Apart from that it’s a lovely hotel with an outstanding spa facilities. "

"They do not cater for disabled people and we found the staff not helpful.On arrival nobody told you where breakfast was and evening meals were. We had to walk round the road way to get breakfast as my husband finds it difficult to do stairs our room was up a flight of stairs so once he was down he stayed down.I don't understand why there is not a lift.Would not recommend this hotel to my friends."

"The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us."

"It was a very nice setting outside but inside could have a better layout, felt like a business lounge in the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful but did have a few issues with orders which resulting in myself eating separately despite the meal costing around £300. Unfortunately too many children around for us having a night off from children! Lots of rooms downstairs so perhaps some adult only areas? Lots of children in the Spa which made the experience quite unrelaxing. Very overpriced for the experience in my opinion. Sadly wouldn’t return. Although food was delicious and bed very comfy!"
