Clean modern minimalist. Did everything quite well enough. Lacks character, esp in entrance which is more like an airport than a hotel but if it’s central functional you want hard to beat. Would return.
I used the bus and taxi to travel to Richmond each day. The Staff were extremely helpful and printed me a bus timetable. Excellent dining room and bar food.
