"The hotel is very conveniently located—there is a subway station right nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly; the housekeeping staff were also very kind, and the room was clean. It is a great hotel; my room for two people was spacious and comfortable. I stayed for a weekend and would definitely stay there again on a future trip."

"Great location on upper west side across from Lincoln Center. Stylish lobby. Fun rooftop bar. Excellent upmarket Mexican restaurant on mezzanine level above lobby. Excellent mattress and pillows. Good shower pressure. Large room. Fast WiFi. But … tiny makeshift closet, small poorly designed bathroom with bad lighting and no plug in sink. No premium cable TV channels. No bath robes in room (had to ask twice). Unattractive standalone empty mini fridge against a wall. Rusty shower curtain rod. Front desk unable to make change (eg for tips)."

"Upon arrival we attempted to check in via the self service kiosk. Our room was not ready at 7:30pm, so we went to the service desk. The gentleman who assisted us was not super friendly, just seemed irritated with having to be at work. The elevator situation is horrible, there are three elevators with one operating at any time. We have to stand in a line to take it. Once in our room, it was a beautiful view. The room was okay, not the best cleaning. Candy on the floor and some chips in the paint on most furnishings. The temperature was very nice however. The bathroom lightbulb did not work. It’s a decent place however for the price not so much!"
