"Room was up 2 very steep flights of stairs and smelled like pickles when we arrived. We opened windows and smell eventually dissipated. Bathroom old and worn with a few ants. Bedroom was nice, grounds were beautiful, staff was professional. Breakfast buffet was overpriced. "

"The room was nice. It was clean pretty basic standard hotel room. The breakfast was good as far as a free breakfast comes the one thing that really threw me off was the pool. It felt very odd to just have my two kids my husband and myself in the pool while I'm very anxious kid was probably about 20 was just watching us swim. It felt kind of voyeuristic to be honest besides that it was fine. I think it just doesn't make sense that kids under 18 can't go in there without a parent, but there's also a very anxious and nervous lifeguard, but besides that good time and I don't regret staying there. "

"I found the hotel was only okay this stay. The toilet in the room did not flush properly; tank would not refill every time without adjustments. Notified staff, hopefully it will be fixed before next guests. Fire alarm went off every morning between 7-7:15. Very annoying."

"Bistro was very expensive. No included coffee or breakfast. 2 cups of coffee in room but not enough for two mornings for two people. Bathroom and bed very nice."
