"There was hair in the shower, on the bed. There was handprints all over the windows coffee table was dirty, and on top of all that OUR KIDS found drugs in the room and the staff handled it so poorly. "

"The bathroom should be cleaned better, vanderpump hostess was a witch on 5/7, felt like they didn’t want us there. One of the better rooms that I had stayed at, we had such a wonderful time, we would come back. Amazing building, effiel tower restaurant was incredible except for that I booked it for a birthday celebration and they did nothing different for the birthday. Overall wonderful trip!❤️"
