An incredible place to stay, loved it all thanks for such a great stay

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. We would definitely love to return!

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

Incredible property. Wonderful place to stay, location ideal for exploring the entire city in every direction. Stylish rooms, good size, nice vaniety, sink, over bath shower. A perfect stay. Arrived early and got checked in by 12:30pm. Great local tips from receptionist about where to go and mentioning finer details like best stop for Park Güell to limit stair climb etc. Lovely room which fitted bill and clean. Could also airplay Netflix or YouTube via phone / tablet to tv if you want to one evening too. Two lifts so never need to wait too long. Location is good. Five mins walk from Plaza Catalunya and next door to a big Lidl. Quiet street so no issues sleeping...

From the first moment of our arrival to the minute we left, the staff were phenomenal and really made this feel like a special holiday! They really could not do enough for us! Beautiful hotel, beautiful little town and an amazing holiday!

Stayed for a couple of nights and the hotel staff were friendly accomdatipn excellent and amenteies first class in such close to proximity to the old town and its restaurants bars and cultural attractions.

We had stayed in an H10 hotel previously and been impressed so that, the location and reviews made this an easy choice. Great position near the Cathedral and walking distance to many eateries. The streets felt perfectly safe even late in the evening. The rooftop bar has fantastic views, the room was great and the staff super friendly. And the breakfast was amazing. Getting the idea? Couldn't fault it.

Had a lovely time at the Mencey. Staff absolutely lovely and so friendly, hotel both grand in its colonnaded porches and cool inner courtyard, and comfortable, with many places to have drinks and food in the shade and chill. Spa very well kitted out (extra €18 a day) breakfast spread faultless. Grilled Seafood served on the pool terrace is particularly good. Pool is great, using salt water instead of chlorine. Beautiful clean art deco hotel which is centrally placed close to everything. Gothic area, plaza and rambles within walking distance. Gaudí Architecture within walking distance around corner. Staff friendly and breakfast very good.

The restaurant is a hidden gem and location of property ideal
