A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were great and they are on hand to help you with whatever you need. Stefi our personal executive was amazing! When you scan the QR code in the room you can pick your method of how you communicate with the team and for me this was WhatsApp. It was great. Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

We stay at The Lanesborough regularly when visiting London. This was our second Christmas stay and we have already booked for 2024 because this hotel is wonderful. The staff are all incredible and make you feel so special.

First time staying at the OWO and I have to say it did not disappoint

We enjoyed our stay at the Haymarket Hotel so much last year that we returned again this year. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The decor is stunning. The hotel has a lovely light colourful ambience about it giving it a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shows and dining out. But our favourite thing was going for a pre breakfast jog along the Mall, now that was really special.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

My stay was excellent, I had spoken with Kitti a couple of times through E-Mail about a room decoration I wanted as I was celebrating a birthday, Kitti went above and beyond to organise everything and make the room look beautiful. The hotel is very elegant, the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was excellent and I’d definitely recommend staying here.
