"It was lovely clean rooms lovely comfortable beds and quilts lovely a la cart restaurant only let down was struggled in room 368 to get hot water from the sink tap so had to run the bath tap for 10 minutes. 2 minute walk from liverpool lime street great staff and very friendly will be back to stay again "

Loved it he decor and right in the heart of the city centre but not in the hustle and bustle, there are some clubs/ night bars down the same street but we didn't hear a thing, lovely little street. A plus is a little dessert place pretty much opposite :) thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Great clean hotel, with easy walking to the town. With the beauty of being able to leave your car for free for the duration of your stay. With friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the rooms are small and the bathroom and shower very small. Comfortable enough for a short stay. Breakfast and dinner also great."

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were lovely but we made the booking on hotels.com and when we arrived the hotel had no knowledge of us and this caused 10 minutes of extreme stress. Fortunately I was able to locate this reference, they found the booking and still had rooms so it got sorted. When we got to the room the pull out bed had not been made, again not the hotels fault as they weren't expecting us and they sorted it within 5 minutes. In summary big thums up to the hotel but the...
