"There were 2 of us and we loved our stay. It was the first day of our Japan trip so we were severely jet lagged and yet the staff was amazing. Not only was our room ready to check in at 10 am (thank you SO much for that!!), but we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the location, the rooftop, the hotel, we loved it all. And would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, I’m recommending the hotel to my friends heading to Japan. The rooms aren’t big (that’s Tokyo for you) but it doesn’t matter.
