"A little underwhelming compared to the website and advertising. The pool is across an alley on a separate building's rooftop so you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Then there was 1 shade umbrella for the entire pool lounging area. The free continental breakfast was a pre-determined menu at the restaurant of just eggs, meat and "grain". You have few choices and even fewer when they're out of so many things. Tried to order supper at the restaurant but gave up after they were out of the 3rd item we tried to order and the lack of help from the rude staff. The staff just seemed to not want to interact, answer questions or give us the time of day."

"Everything went well except sink in the bathroom did not flow out properly and although reported, no attempt was made to have it fixed. The steak house dinner was like a production line. It was kind of a rush where my spouse finished before and they took his plate making me feel like I should hurry to finish. Overall the stay was good. The nightly entertainment was very good."
