Our toilet wouldn’t flush for the first 48 hours, but thankfully the staff was able to fix it. On our last night the resort experienced a power outage around 5 am cutting out the air conditioning. Other than these few hiccups we had an amazing stay! The beach was by far the best amenity. The buffet wasn’t great but the restaurants were fantastic (just make sure to make a reservation). Staff was very friendly and we made friends with many staff members! The resort grounds was gorgeous and very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would visit again!" The rooms were filled of mold, even the pillow had mold. The bathroom fixtures are over caulked with mold and hair in the tub and sink. The pullout coach had debris on it. We left the hotel after the first night and would have left sooner if we felt secure leaving at 2am after staff was not helpful. The hotel staff was lagged in their response and had nothing to clean except a broom ( to pick up the roaches we killed). We were also on the first floor and it rained so we also had centipedes. The rooms smelled like a wet mop, and had peeling paint. Highly recommend reconsidering staying here. We moved to another hotel. They didn't refund anything after showing proof of the events and was fully aware having me at their desk til 1 am, they were not helpful.
