"Great location. Very nice hotel . We really enjoyed our stay as staying with kids the pool was great entertainment.. very nice , clean room , very friendly polite Staff .. the only down point is car park was a bit pricey £17/ night .. and as vegetarian breakfast could have more choice , but overall great hotel."

"Definitely recommend Nice big room with view over canal. The only thing i would mention is the room was very warm. All staff very attentive. Also had a evening meal at the hotel and that was very good. Cooked breakfast good and there is a great choice for breakfast. Very clean hotel."

"Central for Chester and easy to walk to anywhere in the City centre. Lots of quirky features which made the hotel fun - pinball machine, games, bright seating, pool table etc. Great value for money and will definitely return."

"A lovely place to stay- very clean, hotel room comfy, bathroom great had all home comforts, shower excellent , large magnifying mirror to use if needed. Complimentary Shampoo, conditioner etc to use no need to take your own . Great place to stay for the races. Taxi to and from good. A lovely spa even tho we had to £20 each it was very relaxing and the pools were lovely. Great over night stay. Breakfast really nice, more than enough and a lot of choice!! Thank-you we will definitely come back 😍"
