"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Nous sommes venus mon conjoint et ma fille de 7ans pour passer une semaine dans cette jolie maisonnette et nous avons eté très enjoués par l’endroit! Felicity est une hote très attentionnée et chaleureuse☺️ La maison est idéalement placée pour visiter la region, et proche des commerces ! Elle se trouve cachée au fond d’un magnifique petit jardin on se sent dans un cocon de verdure tres calme! La maison etait tres propre et fonctionnelle et nous y avons tres bien dormis! "Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. "J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...

"My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel and pool were a great place to return to after a day of sight-seeing and I must make a special mention for the staff as everyone we met was exceptionally helpful."

"Hôtel très bien situé et agréable. Le personnel est aimable et le service parking/bagages est très appréciable. Notre chambre était spacieuse mais la literie et les oreillers peu confortables à notre goût. Ils mériteraient d'être changés ! Nous avons également constaté que les apéritifs proposés au bar étaient pour certains "vieux" et avaient stagnés dans leurs bouteilles depuis bien longtemps. Un petit goût de vieux notamment pour le Byhrr que j'ai commandé. Mon mari n'a quant à lui pas opté pour le spritz "Rigolo" proposé à la carte car à la vue de la bouteille de "vermouth", il a préféré s'abstenir (ici aussi probablement ouverte depuis un certain temps). C'est dommage car le cadre est sympathique mais manque certainement de débit ... Ceci expliquant cela. Mais l'hôtel reste globalement chouette."

"The room we stayed in was well appointed with a comfortable bed and a powerful air conditioning unit. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us navigate around. The hotel is in a great spot very close to the citadel, there is also a new laundromat on the same block. We only wish we had allowed ourselves more time here."

"Hotel needs a facelift, room was nice but over dated, breakfast was nothing special, booked hotel with a view but didn’t really enjoyed it , restaurant is mediocre and overpriced , if you’re going to spend time outside make sure you have a bug spray as there are millions of mosquitoes. Overall I would never rated this hotel as a luxury 5 stars"
